Create a new space in the back of the main house that can be used as a dining room, workspace, or reading room.

The room utilizes approximately one-third of the remaining backyard.

This building is made light and transparent to maximize air circulation and natural light, and to present a view towards the garden.

Because this additional building occupies the backyard that is supposed to be for the garden area, we feel that this building should look light and blend into a part of the garden itself.

Cement floors, white steel structures, large aluminum windows, and metal roofs are chosen to present a light and transparent building.
